Brand-new rooms with good shower as well as waffles, exceptional staff. With a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Stunning and pleasant location in a residential neighborhood, and 15 minute walk from Boyd Memorial Park...
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The kids loved exploring the nearby trails at Battery Spenser. Plus, the room was clean and accommodating for our large family. It's a great spot for those looking for value and convenience, especially given the charming family-owned vibe.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities nearby.

This was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in San Rafael with all in all great value for money. The friendly staff even lent me their Wall Street Journal to read in the morning. I'd suggest checking if the AC is working before settling in.

missingWrote a review on 11 Julcomfortable roomlimited dining optionsoutdated appliancesnoisy heating
Especially when they offered helpful hiking tips. The spacious King Room was comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for convenience. Breakfast was limited, with only light options available, and the on-site restaurant was closed except for breakfast. The room appliances could use an upgrade, as some were outdated, and the heating system was a bit noisy at times.
